2018年4月4日下午，南街小学语文教研活动如期开展，全体语文教师齐聚电教室，承担此次“推优”任务的是四年级教研组。

   经过精心选择，认真研习，讲稿撰写，PPT制作，任晓洁、陈荣丽、高仙琼三位老师分别推荐了王崧舟、蒋军晶等名师专家的精品课程。其中任晓洁老师给老师们带来的——在思维的断裂处仰望语文的美丽，以《与象共舞》为例，引发了老师们对同课异构的新一轮讨论；陈荣丽老师关注学生的主体地位，以平丽娜老师的《我爱家乡的杨梅》为例，从老师们在课堂上听说读写的如何落实、到如何在课堂上有效提问做了深入的剖析，给青年教师起了很好的示范引领作用；高仙琼老师则带来了蒋军晶老师的以《一个印象深刻的人》为例的生动实效的作文课的探究，从作文课的有趣导入到巧问找米（如何寻找身边写作素材）再至追问熬粥（写作技巧的渗透），乃至范文引路到最后新颖的写作训练，都为一线教师提供了写作教学的指引和参考。

Taking “Dancing with Elephants” as an example, it triggered a new round of discussion among teachers about heterogeneous classes; teacher Chen Rongli’s attention The main position of the students is the teacher Ping Yanna’s “I love my hometown Yangmei” as an example. From the teacher’s teaching of how to read and write in the classroom to how to effectively ask questions in the classroom, an indepth analysis was done to the youth. The teacher has played a very good role as a model leader; Gao Xianqiong has brought in Jiang Lijing's teacher an example of an impressive composition lesson called “An Impressed Man”, from the interesting introduction of composition lessons to the clever asking and finding of meters ( How to look for writing materials around) and then ask for porridge (infiltration of writing skills), and even the way in which Fan Wen leads the way to the final novel writing training, all provide guidelines and references for frontline teachers in writing teaching.

   会上，老师们专注倾听、认真笔记。精彩的分享激起大家的学习热情，活动结束后，老师们纷纷向推优课的老师拷PPT、借书、光盘等。

   At the meeting, the teachers focused on listening and taking notes. The wonderful sharing provoked everyone's enthusiasm for learning. At the end of the event, the teachers had handed over PPT, borrowed books, and CD-ROMs to the teachers who recommended the excellent courses.

   分享会后，南街小学分管教学的周艳副校长就三位老师的发言进行了精彩点评，肯定了老师们认真钻研教学、孜孜以求的精神。与此同时，也呼吁老师们不断学习、与时俱进，改变教学策略，将学生至于课堂的中心，充分体现学生的主体地位。
